Dr. Tianay Perrault She/Her

As Director of Leadership and School Development, Dr. Tianay Perrault supports The Mind Trust’s Fellowship programming, school incubation work, and the various equity initiatives we help drive across the city.

With two decades of experience in education spanning districts and charter schools in Atlanta, GA, San Jose, CA, and Nashville, TN, she fervently believes in the power to defy the limitations imposed by zip codes on educational outcomes.

Now, she is eager to continue her mission with TMT, working alongside leaders to fortify the bridge between school and home life, ensuring every scholar is equipped with the skills essential for success in college and beyond.

Having witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of diverse teams, where the unique strengths, talents, and backgrounds of each member are celebrated, she is committed to fostering environments where every voice is valued.

Dr. Perrault holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, a master’s degree from Kennesaw State University, and an Ed.D. in teacher leadership and development from Walden University.
