Emerging Leader Fellow Lydia Glover plans to further impact Allegiant Prep Academy.
Lydia Glover currently serves as the Dean of Academics for K-5 at Allegiant after her start as an elementary chair in 2021 and has over 4 years of experience in education.
Glover was a recipient of the 2022 Black Excellence in Education Award. She earned her honors bachelor of arts in philosophy, politics, and the public from Xavier University, her master’s of arts in teaching from Marian University, and her master of science in educational leadership and administration from Butler University.
