Lydia Glover

Emerging Leaders Fellow Lydia Glover serves as the K–5 Dean of Academics at Allegiant Prep Academy. Since joining Allegiant in 2021 as an elementary chair, she’s played a key role in strengthening curriculum and instruction across grade levels. Lydia holds an honors B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public from Xavier University, an M.A. in Teaching from Marian University, and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Butler University. She received the 2022 Black Excellence in Education Award and brings a strong equity lens to her work. Lydia is committed to cultivating joyful, rigorous learning environments for all students.
