Emerging Leader Fellow JaCinda DeVance is passionately dedicated to enhancing The PATH School, ensuring it remains a place where Exceptional Learner Scholars thrive in a rigorous yet nurturing environment that prioritizes their success.

As the Director of Exceptional Learners at The PATH School, JaCinda DeVance brings over a decade of specialized experience in education, with a strong focus on special education. Her journey began in 2009 as a Life Skills Instructional Assistant at MSD of Pike Township, and since 2020, she has been making a significant impact in her current role at The PATH School.

DeVance holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences and a Master’s in Special Education from Kentucky State University, credentials that underpin her unwavering commitment to the success and growth of every scholar she serves.
