Alli Vanneman

Alli Vanneman is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Mind Trust. In this role, she will provide technical assistance to grantees of the Indiana Department of Education’s Expanding What Works initiative to support Summer Learning Lab partners outside of Indianapolis. She will also lead project management for work that aims to expand The Mind Trust’s impact beyond Indianapolis, closely supporting the Strategic Partnerships team, Policy team, and the organization’s efforts to collaborate with partners across the country to develop high-quality system-level solutions based on the success of The Mind Trust’s work in Indianapolis

Prior to her current role, Vanneman served as Manager of Strategy and Expanded Impact at The Mind Trust and the Marketing and Engagement Manager for Indiana Learns, at statewide tutoring grant program of the Indiana Department of Education, managed by The Mind Trust.

Before serving on the Indiana Learns team, Vanneman taught elementary grades at Fox Hill Elementary School in Washington Township and at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York. She holds a bachelor’s in elementary education from St. Mary’s College and a master’s in education policy from Columbia University.
