A’Mya Springer She/Her/Hers

As Manager of School Support and Summer Programming, A’Mya Springer will be providing support for Summer Learning Labs and various initiatives within the Great Schools team. In this role, Springer will play a critical role in data collection and the distribution of materials, ensuring that ISLL continues to provide high-quality summer programming to Indianapolis students.

Before joining The Mind Trust, Springer worked as a Program Coordinator for the Center for Leadership Development, where she led student development programs, enhanced mentor efficiency and retention, and drove impactful change through CLD’s initiatives. Springer holds a bachelor of arts in sociology from DePauw University.
