Jazmin Sanders

As Senior Director of Innovative Learning, Sanders will work to ensure charter and innovation network schools continue to provide quality education to youth in Indianapolis by helping to design and lead effective out-of-school programming. She leads the planning and execution of Indy Summer Learning Labs, which annually provides high-quality summer academic and enrichment programming to more than 5,000 Indianapolis students.

Sanders most recently worked as Director of School Support and Out-of-School Programs. Before joining us she worked as a Teacher Development Coach for TNTP. She also brings three years of experience as an elementary teacher for Tindley Summit Academy and Circle City Prep. Notably, Sanders received the New Teacher of the Year award during her first year at Tindley Summit Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University and a master of arts in teaching from Marian University.
