Siddhi Jadhav She/Her

As Manager of Data Analysis Strategy and Special Projects, Siddhi Jadhav supports The Mind Trust’s work by evaluating the organization’s programmatic effectiveness and advocating for policies that promote the growth of high-quality autonomous schools in Indianapolis.

Siddhi most recently worked as a research assistant at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), now Indiana University-Indianapolis. Prior to that, she worked as an associate data scientist at ProjectPro.

Originally from India, Siddhi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in Pune, India, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from the College of Engineering also in Pune, India, and most recently completed her Masters in Applied Data Science from IUPUI.
